No Refunds Policy for Digital Products Thanks for purchasing our digital products! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on any digital products that have been purchased. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products that you have purchased. All sales are final. Once you have purchased a digital product, you are responsible for downloading and/or using the product. If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us prior to purchasing the product. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Pre-built stores: A refund is only permitted if proof of 5 consecutive months of running your shopify basic plan with NO sales made with efforts to promote is provided. This must be screenshots of shopify billing accompanied with proof of tiktok/facebook/etc ads payment, tiktok organic content, etc. Refunds not applicable if purchased at discounted price.
